Janna Keiser, owner/manager and ISSA certified personal fitness trainer here at Nazareth Barbell Health & Fitness. Active my entire life in athletics, I decided to take my passion for fitness and share it with others. I feel it is imperative for people to live a fit and healthy lifestyle and believe my goal is to make fitness fun, challenging and results oriented for you. I like to blend a variety of functional movements using "real training" tools like free weights, kettlebells, plyometrics, circuit training and stability balls. I truly believe in order to achieve ones goals it takes dedication, discipline, commitment and hard work. I will be here every step of the way to encourage you to embrace your new healthy, fit lifestyle and be successful. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, improve cardiovascular health or all of the above, I specialize in designing a program specific for your needs. Together we will find your inner sense of determination and focus on self motivation. It is impossible not to love feeling healthy. Fitness will become your new way of life!
